The subject chosen for the collection is that of cured meats and takes us on a journey that starts in northern Italy with the weisswurst of Alto Adige, passing through the legendary mortadella Emiliana until you get to the Tuscan lardo di colonnata.
The project created by NIVA design updates the great tradition of craftsmanship while maintaining high quality workmanship through the creation of thin sheets of ceramic that give lightness and elegance to the object.
